We aren't suggesting you prepare all of these items -- especially since my keyword is "simple" -- but if you try one recipe for each course, it will be a breeze. Other simple Mediterranean appetizers include grapes, nuts, olives, and cheeses.

Our goal is to demonstrate that an entire meal can be prepared with olive oil. In fact, my husband even drizzles it over his oatmeal in the morning (as I look askance at him.) One of my quickest recipes is to use a box of the Ghiradelli Double Chocolate Brownie Mix with our Orange-Infused Olive Oil. People love them and always think I slaved over them.
