Our Lemon Olive Oil is made from the same certified estate extra virgin olive oil as our Estate Blend, yet incorporates a bright lemon flavor.  We use only natural and organic essential oil to infuse our oil.  It is the perfect hostess gift idea or unique foodie gift.  
 
Our olive oils are truly artisan-crafted and one of a kind.  Despite being a small farm, our goal is to produce the finest quality olive oil available. Our olives are hand-picked, sorted, and milled within 12 hours. Olive oils which contain anything other than olive oil are never referred to as certified extra virgin, consequently, flavor-infused oils are not referred to as extra virgin.
 
​Looking for serving suggestions?  Drizzle arugula with the lemon olive oil, add grated Parmesan, croutons, add sliced chicken and toss.  This versatile oil can also be used in Citrus Olive Oil Cakes, Lemon Sugar Cookies, Lemon/Blueberry cupcakes, as well as in a marinade for poultry or fish.  Our Lemon Olive Oil is a decided fan favorite.  
 
It pairs beautifully with our Champagne Vinegar and can be combined in our two- or three-bottle olive oil gifts.

Since farmers are stewards of the land, sustainability is important to us.  All of our products are packaged in eco-friendly packaging.  Our bottles are wrapped Green Way ® tissue paper, which is made in the USA and is printed on papers sourced from well managed forests.  Our packing peanuts are 100% biodegradable, derived from an annually renewable starch raw material and is made from potato and wheat starch.  It disintegrates quickly when in direct contact with water.  Our ribbons are fabric and can be repurposed for other uses, including hair ribbons.
