Our Winter Ambrosia Vinegar is back, just in time for autumn! Hand-crafted on the Central Coast, the tastes and aromas in this vinegar are derived from apples, pears, cinnamon, clove, and cardamom and conjure up images of time spent in front of a warm fire on a rainy day.
Try this extraordinary vinegar as a brine for your Thanksgiving turkey, in a baked apple recipe or as a marinade for a roast pork loin. It can even be used in a winter cocktail, such as our spin on the Retox. The recipe will soon be featured on our blog.

Our bottles are wrapped Green Way ® tissue paper, which is made in the USA and is printed on papers sourced from well managed forests. Our packing peanuts are 100% biodegradable, derived from an annually renewable starch raw material and is made from potato and wheat starch. It disintegrates quickly when in direct contact with water. Our ribbons are fabric and can be repurposed for other uses, including hair ribbons.
