Using Orange-Infused Olive Oil in Spring Recipes:

One of the best ways to bring the sunshine of spring into your recipes is to use Orange-Infused Olive Oil. People sometimes ask us for ways they can use it, so we're going to cover that today, with links to recipes.

Time-Saving Trick: Use Infused-Olive Oil instead of Zest:

For most of these recipes, the zesting of the orange can be eliminated by simply substituting Orange-Infused Olive Oil for the regular amount of EVOO listed. If a recipe calls for orange juice in addition, still add that amount of orange juice. If a recipe only calls for regular EVOO or oil, substitute Orange-Infused Olive Oil.

"Growth springs from better recipes, not just from more cooking."

Peter Romer

Since spring is the season of renewal, why not try a few new recipes to add zest (excuse the pun) to your meals. Most of the recipes we try tend to be on the easier side, because like many of you, we are busy with the actual operations of our farm, but as we continue to look for new recipes and spring into growth, we'll be sharing the recipes both here and daily on our Facebook page.
